Welcome! My name is Karina, I am a Miami based - Brooklyn bred - health & beauty influencer and pharmacist. My intention, here, is to embolden those who identify as women to accept and be the fullest expression of themselves, while also sharing and expressing my perspectives and experiences. I hope to inspirit women to love themselves enough to care for their entire being as a small means to big end - because like I always say “if you look good, you'll feel good, and if you feel good, you’ll do good"

As a pharmacist, my interests include complementary & alternative medicines, preventive health, and supportive therapy. I will share useful health related information that is easy to understand and interesting to read.

As for Karina, the woman, I am the American born daughter of a Jamaican father and Bajan mother and the eldest of their three intelligent, creative and beautiful children. I am a flexetarian (98% vegetarian, 1% tryanythingonce-atarian, 1% dowhatiwantcuzimgrown-atarian), traveler, a lover of new experiences and a good sale.
